  Loved visiting family here from the wine fridge to the sauna and dog spa! We had an issue with our refrigerator not making ice and Chris with maintenance was over the same day they put the service request in! He was friendly and super helpful with explaining why it malfunctioned and the repairs were made within 10 minutes or so. Would definitely recommend for our next apartment in Nashville!

  Great place. Bridgette was very knowledgeable and showed me all the amenities that the complex had to offer. She went over the different floor plans for what I was looking for. She took care of me from start to finish. I would highly recommend her to see if she can help find what you’re looking for.

  Bridgett is an amazing Assistant Property Manager! Every time I’ve interacted with her, she has been friendly, professional, respectful, and always willing to help. She has a great attitude and makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. You can tell Bridgett genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in what she does. Great customer service is hard to find, and she definitely deserves recognition for the way she treats people. The property is very fortunate to have her on the team. Keep up the great work, Bridgett!

  I came to tour an apartment. Bria was clearly not happy that I wanted a tour. I understand it was raining but I would assume as a leasing agent you would be use to showing apartments in weather other than sun. She was huffing and puffing all the way out the door and as she drove. She didn’t say a word to me. When we got to the actual apartment I asked did she actually want to show me the apartment or was there a problem. The vibe was off and she was terrible at her job. I told her I wasn’t interested in the apartment anymore and I don’t want to see it. At that point I just wanted to end experience.
