  I’ve had so many terrible apt property managers in the past but Renew’s definitely a breath of fresh air. Within the first few weeks of them taking over my complex, we got a brand new dumpster, litter picked up, and several other issues resolved. They’re always very friendly and responsive to problems/complaints.

  I’ve been living at this location for about 4 months now with my family and have been so aggravated with the home we chose. Maybe it’s just the house is too old and should be sold instead of rented. In 4 months we have had so many issues. Doors, ac parking, trash services, leaks, plugs not working, windows you name it. And there’s so much more wrong but I do not want maintenance men in here all day with me and my children. Some of my concerns just haven’t been addressed at all. And like I said, this could be a property issue more than a realty issue but the communication alone has been subpar. We have tickets that’ll sit open for days without solution. I have questions that I have to wait days for answers and I am the one following up for a response not the company. I am seriously dreading living here for a full year and have been so upset that I pushed for this property. Before you rent please make sure you have a property that’s been up kept. We thought no big deal we’ll just file tickets but there’s a laundry list of tickets 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 just be mindful of the property you choose.

  I would not recommend living here. Management consistently failed to address ongoing maintenance issues, and the property had a serious roach infestation that was never properly resolved despite multiple complaints. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication and accountability when problems were reported. Instead of focusing on tenant concerns and maintaining a livable environment, management seemed more interested in finding ways to charge additional fees.

  Just want to give a shout out to Adam- he has been very pleasant and accommodating to work with the last few years when renting out my townhome- I appreciate the timely communication and working through any struggles that have come up!
