  This rental company should reevaluate the application process. Most rental companies allow you to submit documents to show proof of income and or employment. Online, they want you to "link your bank account" or your "payroll account" for verification. I find this absurd and absolutely unnecessary. Also, if your bank or credit union isn't supported by their company, you'll have to link your payroll account (some businesses have security protocols that won't allow this). If THAT doesn't work, well you're basically S.O.L with these people. Called to speak to a human being and they weren't very helpful either, pretty much tells me that if I can't link 1 or the other, there's nothing they can do. Talk about customer service, what a joke. A clear explanation as to why you need access to my bank account or payroll is very necessary, especially when I can give you the information you're looking for directly (check stubs, tax returns etc). I will definitely be passing up on any and all of the properties managed by this company. I'd advise anyone in the market to rent a home to do the same. Save yourself the headache and waste of time.

  Had Dante come by for some minor issues and he was great! Very professional, friendly, and identified the problem quickly. In and out in 20 minutes.

  Just had Dante from Progress come out to diagnose and fix a power outage we had in our garage. Very helpful and very timely!

  I enquired about a property on April 7th...then I went to do a self-guided tour of a property on April 10th...I put in my application on the same day...I was notified this morning that I was approved and then I was sent a lease agreement to sign within 24hrs of receiving it...This was on a Saturday...While reviewing the lease agreement I noticed that the price of the rent had increased by nearly $100...I looked on the original listing and it clearly states that the price was increased that same day I viewed it and applied...I called Progress Residential to find out why the amount had changed...I was told that there was no one there who could help resolve the issue on the weekend...which meant that I either needed to sign the lease as it was...or they would cancel my application...I spoke with someone else again who basically said I was just out of luck so I cancelled my application and would highly recommend you do the same if you are thinking of renting from them! Not to mention the property I was going to rent was absolutely disgusting when I toured it...Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! They're sneaky and deceptive and not anywhere I would ever rent from!!
