  Last spring we wanted to sell our home to move in to a 55 plus community. Michelle was an excellent realtor. She gave us great advice for getting our home ready to sell. She helped stage our home with some of her own belongings that made it look beautiful! She was fun to work with and handled everything during the showing and negotiating process. We would highly recommend her!

  Michelle came highly recommended to me. She represented me as buyer’s agent. She is punctual, very knowledgeable, communicative, and easy to work with. She made my home buying process easy and hassle free. She took initiative to negotiate a low price with the seller even when I was happy with the asking price, and saved me an extra 7k. She was also able to accommodate my closing date needs to make sure I have enough time to wrap up at the old residence. Overall, she is professional and pleasant.
