  This place is terrible. However the staff is great. They are friendly and try hard to improve the place, but there is a lot to improve. The units are roach infested. Even the laundry facility has roaches in there. Your neighbors are rude, ghetto and loud. Your car will be broken into or stolen. I heard gun shots at least 3 times a week. Lastly, don't bother on getting your deposit back because they charge you for typical wear and tear AND if you don't notify them in atleast a months in advance that you are leaving, you will be charged a ridiculous penalty. My lease was up 3/31. I let them know I was moving out on 3/5. Because that wasn't a full month's notice. I got charged $771.80 and they also charged me $125 for cleaning the unit and $125 for cleaning the carpet after the actual leasing manager inspected and said "I just see the typical wear and tear here from living here, you should get your deposit back." Well, that was a complete lie. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

  GREAT STAFF!! THEY HELPED ME GET IN TO MY NEW STUDIO APT. JAY, GLADYS, KAREN THE WHOLE STAFF WAS HELPFULL. BEST PLACE IN NASHVILLE.

  Living here means that they will not return the deposit, even if you deliver the clean apartment without damage caused, they charge you for cleaning the apartment and folder, in short, deliver the apartment in optimal conditions, we will not return the deposit and we will charge you more without counting that it has a serious pest problem which they do not control and could give a rating below 1 star, I would do it.

  They never have a clean pool. This summer when I lived there, I went to the pool 3 times because it was either closed for no reason. Or it’s was so nasty. And don’t get me started on how they treat you if you are down on your luck and can’t pay right then. So many of us have no choice. AND THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! They only want the next person to come and make them money. They tried to evict me sooner because they took a picture of a coke box and said I left out trash. And then I go to tell them about it, I found out it wasn’t even my door. They were just trying to get me out sooner. And since they did that, I thought I was still being evicted and left. Now they want to charge me with breaking the lease.
