  I have lived here for a little over a year. I have an upstairs neighbor from hell. Filed complaints and police reports. Nothing has been done. I have been up charged due to how I leave my trash outside for pick up, meanwhile they never gave me a trash can, I had to physically go to the office to get one after weeks of calling. Multiple things have been stolen from the package room despite there being cameras and Amazon lockers, again nothing done about it. My husband’s key has never worked right, they made a copy and gave it to us and it also does not work. Our AC has gone out at least a dozen times. I’ve lived in 3 different Nashville apartments and this is by far the worst.

  We had been living with/renting from a friend whose relationship turned sour, and we were given 60 days to find a new place. I was referred to Heron Pointe by a coworker, and my partner and I quickly fell in love with the area and the complex. We were accepted within a month. On top of that, the people in the office who have been helping us are PHENOMENAL, and I cannot begin to explain how much I appreciate both Leslie and Jess for the help they've provided in the past couple of months. I was not expecting to be remembered, but every time I spoke with Leslie, I just had to say my name, and she immediately knew who I was, and we slipped into friendly banter every single time. She's given us some wonderful tips for living in the complex. While there have been a few minor hiccups, as any move and new place would have, I'm confident that we'll get them all sorted, and I'm very much looking forward to this new chapter of life in a place I can actually call HOME!

  I have been at these apartments for a little while now and I must say the experience hasn’t always been the best but I will say Jess is amazing she helped me with a situation involving 4 blind older women and we needed the pool house for the a couple hours and she made it worth every hour we spent in that place. She was so nice always so professional and respectful. She would be the deal breaker if I stay or not. Please please continue to keep that professional young lady at this complex.

  Jess with the mess (office lady ) is nice and very responsive every time i walk In.haven’t met the guy in the office but the two women who work there is 5 🤩⭐️

  Heron Pointe is a lovely community! Everyone here is really nice and Jess, one of the agents helped me to move in and has made my experience moving here great thus far. Would highly recommend considering Heron Pointe
