  I would love to applaud the property staff at Duet! Their management team Kristen, India, and their new leasing agent Hailey! Though I went another route I know anyone who chooses Duet will be in great hands. I even got a chance to talk to the maintaince team Jeffrey and Dexter, they mentioned how long they have been with the property and I was impressed! I have a friend who stays at Duet and she has nothing but great things to say about the maintenance team and how transparent they are! The property is always kept and the flowers are GORGEOUS! I do wish I chose Duet and if I wasn’t moving out of state I most definitely would! I’ll be sure to recommend you guys to anyone looking to move to the area! Not to mention the walkability and friendly neighborhoods!!

  I love the location and staff. The problem is the building. You can hear your neighbors toilet flush and every step your upstairs neighbor takes. I have lived in apartments half the price of Duet that are built so that you don’t constantly hear what your neighbors doing in their bathroom. The security of the building is not good as many security doors do not close completely. With the amount of homeless in the area the security is a major concern. The package handling is the complete chaos. Moved in 2 months ago and haven’t had a good night sleep since. The vomit at the entrance that remained all weekend was just the icing on the cake.

  Update: Before posting this review, I had already contacted the Community Manager multiple times by email and attempted to resolve these issues directly. I am therefore surprised by the public response asking me to contact management, as I had already done so before writing this review. I was informed that no compensation would be provided for the flooding-related damages, and I did not receive a clear explanation for the discrepancy between the two final statements. This review reflects the outcome of those communications and my overall experience. I had a very disappointing experience living here. During my tenancy, I repeatedly reported a garbage disposal issue that caused persistent unpleasant odors. Multiple repair attempts did not resolve the problem, and the odor was often strong enough to cause headaches. Eventually, the disposal was replaced, but the installation was not done properly. During a holiday period, the kitchen flooded, damaging kitchen items and personal belongings. I have video documentation of the flooding incident. I also experienced issues with the final billing statement. I received two different final statements with different itemizations, yet the final balance remained the same. Despite requesting clarification multiple times and escalating the issue, I never received a clear explanation addressing the discrepancy. I also requested compensation for the flooding-related damages but was informed that no compensation would be provided. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property.

  I recently moved to Duet and have had an excellent experience so far! The entire team has been incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the move-in process. Kristen, the Property Manager, and India, the Assistant Manager, made everything smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to answer questions and provide assistance. The maintenance team, Dexter and Jeff, have also been fantastic. They are friendly, responsive, and clearly take pride in keeping the property in great condition. The staff at Duet is truly a dream team. Their passion for what they do is evident in every interaction, and their commitment to residents goes above and beyond. Honestly, I would choose this team to be my property managers anywhere I go. It’s rare to find a group that cares so much and works so hard to create a positive living experience. The community itself is clean, quiet, and very well maintained. One of my favorite things about living here is the location—it’s absolutely perfect and convenient to everything I need. I’m very happy with my decision to call Duet home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!

  I toured Duet recently, and as a dog owner, location was one of my biggest priorities. I loved that I could picture taking my pup on our morning and evening walks without having to get in the car. Being so close to the park was a huge plus for me. The apartment itself was beautiful and felt really homey — not just another apartment with trendy finishes. The spaces were bright, the layout made sense, and I could actually see myself and my dog settling in there. What really made the tour stand out was the team. They were genuine, easy to talk to, and answered my questions honestly. I didn’t feel like I was getting a rehearsed sales pitch. After touring quite a few places, this was one of the few communities where I walked away thinking, “Okay, I could actually live here.”
