  Asked Eric to help with a personal project hanging my plants since I didn't have the tools for metal studs. He was right on time and was more than helpful!!! Plants look amazing with his assistance and was fun to talk to the whole time :)

  I have rented here for 2 years and I enjoy living here. It is locally managed rather than a large corporation. The building is well kept and updated. The parking can be tight but is fine for my crossover. I enjoy the community feel here. There are a lot of people who own their condo and long term renters, so you really get to know your neighbors. It is a diverse group of ages who live here from young professionals to retirees. Maintenance is always fast and convenient. The only problem is when the temperature goes below freezing the windows have condensation.
