  Recently, this company has became owners of The Reid for about a month, so I understand they're still transitioning. However, the lack of communication has been very disappointing. Our front gate has been broken, and considering this community has experienced break-ins in the past, it would have been helpful to notify residents so we could take extra precautions. Instead, there has been little to no communication. I've also reported multiple issues, including residents leaving pet waste under the stairwell and not cleaning up after their pets. I was told the area would be cleaned and that an email reminder would be sent to the community, but neither has happened. Unfortunately, when you email or report concerns, there is rarely any follow-up or response. The few staff members I've met have been pleasant and professional, so I don't believe the issue is with them personally. I think management would benefit from walking the property regularly to identify concerns firsthand and communicate more effectively with residents. Addressing problems proactively instead of waiting for complaints would make a significant difference. I truly hope things improve because this community has potential, but better communication, responsiveness, and attention to property maintenance are needed.

  Residents, former residents, and former staff recently submitted a petition to corporate leadership expressing concern over a decision that could directly impact safety in the community. The petition highlighted the proven benefits of having a dedicated on-site officer, the risks of making hasty decisions without complete facts, and the importance of maintaining professionalism to preserve trust and morale. Despite multiple attempts to engage corporate in discussion, there has been no response or acknowledgment. Ignoring the voices of the community sends the wrong message and risks both retention and the reputation of the property. —Avere Resident

  Carter-Haston manages a building in Miami and they use Professional Parking Management. Do not park in this building. if you overstay your time - you get a mean bill for an insane amount. they should do "pay on exit" or just charge for the time you overstayed (at the original rate). It is a shame. the parking is convenient but not worth the harassment and $80+ fines for staying one hour longer (they charge $7 /hr - but stay longer than you originally paid and you will be punished). Not a good look for the building, the city, the management company and investors. just greedy and mean. Avoid any parking lot run by Professional Parking Management. From $7/hr to $80+/hr is simply gauging their customers and guests. I ouwl d have parked in their garage every time and they would have made a lot more $ than the one-time price gouging they are doing. So, not sure it is driving the profits they hope for, but it is definitely driving customers away.

  We went to station92 and loved the property. Stacey was A number 1 top notch. Beck and Lauren were great as well . We can't wait to move in!
