  I had a wonderful experience at Belmont Place Apartments. The property is well maintained and very quiet. Maintenance requests were always completed in a timely manner, although I had very few issues living here. The property manager, Carrie, is very helpful and was always happy to assist if I had any questions or concerns. I would absolutely recommend living here! You can't beat the location either. There's a great restaurant and grocery store within walking distance and it is less than a 10 minute drive to both Vanderbilt and Belmont University.

  Belmont Place Apartments is a great place to live! It’s no frills, but the apartments are clean, the staff is kind and responsive, and the neighborhood truly cannot be beat. Highly recommend! Safe and cozy!

  Glorified dorm built in the 60s - beware of highway 440 and the paper thin walls. Not to mention the LEAD paint and piping used.

  I was a tenant in Belmont Place Apartments and I would recommend it as a place to live. The management maintain the property and quickly fix any problems. I was very sad to leave and wish I could have stayed there longer but had to go home due to family circumstances. The complex is old but it is cared for. The apartments are reasonably priced and the neighborhood is safe. There is a grocery store across the street. If I ever come back to Nashville and intend to stay for a year or longer I would move back to Belmont Place.
