Do not move here. The staff are kind but lack any motivation or willingness to help. The also seem just as confused as you are if you have any questions. On multiple occasions I would send emails and follow ups with no response. If I went to the office to try and get something sorted out, it would be a rare sight to actually see any leasing agent in there. You can most likely find them sitting in their car. If I had a maintenance request, I needed to find the maintenance people directly to get help because online request were automatically marked as "complete" without any review. The apartments themselves seem nice but are built so cheap. You constantly hear loud sounds from your neighbors at anytime of day. Most of all, the communication from the leasing office is awful. They neglected to inform me about changes to my lease and were unable to provide me with any proper documentation because none had been filled out. My finances were damaged living here because of the poor decisions made by the leasing office.

The leasing manager, Kelsey, has made living here a breeze! She’s gone out of her way to make sure that anything I need is taken care of. When I was preparing to get married, she made sure that any package addressed to me was always put in the apartment’s locker system that sends updates. The delivery drivers don’t always do this, so it was so nice of her to do this!
