  I would not recommend this apartment complex based on my experience. I moved out in April and, as of now, I still have not received my security deposit back. I have also tried contacting the office by phone, but they do not answer my calls or provide any clear communication regarding the status of my deposit. The last time I went there, I was told that the check was mailed out and will be received in 30 days, it’s now been way over 30 days. Waiting months for a deposit that is rightfully owed, while being unable to get a response from management, has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I hope management improves their communication and handles move-out deposits in a more timely and professional manner.

  Do not move here. Another failed attempt to have an ongoing, intermittent leak properly addressed. My work order has been open since July 20, and it is now August 24. I’ve called every single time It actively leaks just for the maintenance tech tell me he’ll be by in the morning and never show up .In over a month, I have received no meaningful updates, no follow-up, and multiple promises regarding the repair have gone unfulfilled. As a property manager myself, I understand that some maintenance issues require outside vendors or additional approval. However, it takes very little time to contact a qualified vendor to assess the issue, determine the necessary repair, and provide a quote when the onsite maintenance team does not have the skill or resources to complete the work. What is unacceptable is allowing a water intrusion issue to remain unresolved for more than a month with little to no communication. These apartments have so much potential, but the continued lack of preventative maintenance, timely repairs, and basic follow-through is quickly diminishing the quality of the community. If this level of upkeep continues, I genuinely believe the property is at risk of deteriorating into D-class/slumlord conditions, if it has not already begun to do so. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

  Having to put the same work order in multiple times because they actually don’t fix it. Maintenance will also walk out your apartment and leave the door unlocked even though they found it locked when they came. So don’t be at work when I do maintenance because you’ll come home to an unlocked door. The fire alarms go off multiple times a week And stay on for at least an hour And at all times of the day, but mainly after 11 o’clock at night, so if you have any kids or need to get desperate sleep at night, don’t count on it. The kids here are TERRIBLE. They go in the courtyard basically make that their playground and they will be outside screaming and yelling and doing their own version of cage fights, and whatever else all night and their own parents don’t discipline them so you have to call Metro and have them get removed from the patio before you could have any type of peace. If you try and ask them to calm down or lower their voices and stop screaming, they will cuss you out and threaten to come to your door and do all sorts of crazy things. They also like to run around the hallways, even if they don’t even live on that floor and dingdong ditch they also will leave trash and candy all over the place in the hallways. The elevators are also a hit or miss one minute They work and the next you having to climb multiple flights of stairs just to get back to your own apartment. They are also nasty and people allow their dogs to poop and pee in them and don’t clean it upPeople’s dogs are not always on leashes either so sometimes you’re walking in the hallway, minding your business And There’s a chance of dog is gonna run down on you. The parking garage is Bad two people purposely take more than one spot so sometimes you can’t even find a spot to park and they already charge $100 for the parking garage. Also people will definitely hit your car and then move so you don’t know that they’re the ones to hit your car I have witnessed a hit-and-run in the parking garage and property management and Metro did nothing about it. Mind you units are starting at like $1200. This is not worth it Y’all save your money and go somewhere else. Sadly, I still live here

  Applied for this property almost two months ago and the communication has been almost bare minimum. Last response that contained any type of update was July 9th and since then I have not received any calls, replies to my emails or anything. Maybe this is my sign but this not a good form of communication.
