OMG YAAASSS. Mrs Gaby Collado from Dominion Inc solve my 3mo issue that I've been complaining to my leasing office about and its sad that I have been given a deaf ear for 3 months by each individual in the leasing office. Also the black lady in corporate, the fact that I have been paying my rent through the portal for 2 years that I have been a resident at 900 at Cleveland park apartments somehow stop working. Due to the fact that my email address was taken out, the annual recertification was not finished by ms Terry and that was the reason why I could not log back into my portal. I had been going to the leasing office complaining about fixing my portal so that I may pay rent through the app so I can get credit with a company called esusu a rental reporting agency that reports on time rent to the credit bureau and it increases your credit score which has always been beneficial on my behalf. I have always paid my rent on the 29th of each month. Being that I had to get money orders for the past three months , I could not gain that credit increase with Esusu. Truth be told, people in office tells you what they want you to hear to make themselves sound good and look good as for professionalism, but all the time they are just sitting behind the desk gaining paychecks. However, a couple of employees did go over and beyond to help me, but they still could not help with my portal like they said they would So if you are having problems with your portal or any other problems I suggest you reach out to Ms.Gabby Collado she knows exactly what's shes doing and how to solve the biggest problem..as for me am tryna move from this nasty place. Thank you again ms Gaby.

I had a wonderful experience renting here. The staff (Mya & Kisha) was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The property was clean, quiet, and well cared for. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

my tour with Mya Was so detailed and spectacular. I just knew this was gonna be my new home. I would also like to Mention Kisha She was very professional and polite with updating me on my application status 10 out of 10 customer service!

Where do I start! The maintenance of this place is horrible I’ve had multiple repeat work orders for the same reoccurring issue. I’ve had work orders sit for a month without an update. I’m never notified when Maintenance has entered my home. They will close out your work order claiming that it’s completed and you get to your apartment and it’s still broken. My AC has been out since last weekend. I put in a request on Sunday, It is now the following Thursday and nothing has been done. It is currently 83° in my apartment and apparently that’s not an emergency. It has to be above 85 for them to bring me a portable AC unit while I wait to have the work done. You can never get in touch with the leasing office and if someone does answer the phone it’s AI. I love my individual apartment, but I have to walk through trash and hallways filled with dog piss and poop to get here and be uncomfortable and hot. I am extremely unsatisfied with how resident concerns are handled, something needs to be done immediately.
Sunday 4/25/26 Update: it’s officially been a full week with no A/C they REFUSE to make this an emergency or give me a portable AC. AI just keep saying it’s not an emergency until it above 85 outside. I’ll be reaching out to corporate. This is inhumane!
