  The building and apartments are nice, but good luck getting your deposit back. I moved out 3mo ago and haven’t heard anything about getting my deposit back after multiple attempts of reaching out.

  I’ve been here for 2 and a half years and I can’t say enough great things about this place. The leasing office especially - they’re so friendly, accommodating, and every interaction I’ve ever had with everyone in the office always felt like all my questions or concerns were taken care of with ease. Logan and Kelley are mainly who I’ve dealt with since the beginning of my lease and they’ve been awesome! Only reason I’m moving now is to have a 3 bedroom option otherwise I’d love to continue living here. Best view in Nashville imo too!

  805 lea was one of the apartments I just booked because I was already doing several tours and had a slot to fill, and I am so glad I did. Logan (leasing agent i believe) was INCREDIBLY pleasant and went above and beyond to help me. No pressure, lax environment. Didn't feel like I was being "sold" anything. The apartment was gorgeous and the prices are more than fair. Highly recommend if youre moving to the area to check these folks out!!!

  Honestly not sure what is wrong with Logan. It's as though he is formulated to lie on command and then not reposed when you ask for everything in writing for legal purposes. Getting in contact with this complex is impossible and you have to chase them for information. Save yourself the headache and find someplace else to lease with because no one there is professional enough to be running this complex.
