RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK, DO YOUR RESEARCH, READ ALL REVIEWS NOT JUST THE PRETTY ONES.
My roommate and I recently moved out of this apartment complex. At first, we really enjoyed living here, but over time more and more issues started coming up. Considering we were paying around $2,000 a month in rent, we expected much better.
We reached out multiple times about different concerns, but nothing ever seemed to get resolved. The neighbors next to us constantly smoked weed, and despite several complaints, nothing was done about it. During snow days, trash wasn’t picked up, yet we were still charged for the service.
Parking lines were another ongoing issue. It took forever for management to address the problem, and it only seemed to improve after enough residents complained. On top of that, there were random extra fees for things that should already be included when you’re paying that much in rent, fees for hallway lighting, fees to use the common playroom, and more.
Our final move-out bill was honestly laughable. We even hired a professional cleaner before leaving in hopes of getting most of our deposit back, but we were still hit with around $200 in extra charges. They charged us $20 for a “missing screw” (screw cost $9 at most at Lowe’s) on the toilet and $35 for a supposedly broken refrigerator piece, even though our cleaner never noticed anything damaged.
Times are hard for a lot of people right now, and it felt like there was no understanding or sympathy from management at all. We understand that some utilities (water/sewer) necessary, but constantly adding extra charges for every little thing is excessive. We weren’t asking for handouts, we just wanted to be treated with respect and for management to recognize that residents are real people trying to get by.
I would strongly encourage management to become more empathetic and actually listen to residents when concerns are brought up. The complex has potential, but the lack of communication, accountability, and understanding made our experience disappointing in the end.

For months, I have been suffering from disturbing noises, footsteps, and loud banging coming from the apartment above, starting as early as 6:00 AM and continuing late into the night, constantly waking my children. Despite submitting several complaints to management, no action has been taken to resolve the issue.
This has been a very disappointing experience with management. They have been uncooperative and offered no assistance in addressing residents' complaints. I would not recommend living here if you expect peace and quiet, professionalism, or quick solutions to serious problems.
