  Great lady action, good amenities and good incentives. If you are not a first time buyer then it can be a little tedious with repeated need for the documents. Overall a good experience.

  Exceptional Project Manager — Rob I cannot say enough good things about Rob and the incredible job he did throughout the entire process of building my home. Building a house can be overwhelming, stressful, and full of unexpected questions, but having Rob as my project manager made the entire experience so much easier and more enjoyable. From day one, Rob was extremely communicative, responsive, transparent, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. He consistently kept me informed about the progress of the build, explained what was happening at each stage, and made sure I understood what to expect next. I never felt like I was left wondering what was going on or had to chase him for answers. What really stood out to me was his transparency and willingness to go above and beyond. Whenever I had a question or concern, Rob took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and help me find the best solution. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I always felt that my questions were important to him, no matter how big or small they were. Even more impressive, Rob’s support didn’t stop when I closed on my home. He continued to help me even after closing, answering my questions, giving me suggestions, and helping me navigate things as I settled into my new house. That level of commitment and customer service is rare and says a lot about the kind of person he is. Rob is not only excellent at managing a project, but he also brings a personal touch to the experience. He was dependable, approachable, proactive, and always willing to help. I truly felt that he cared about the quality of my home and about making sure I was happy with the final result. Buying/building a home is a huge investment, and having someone you can trust throughout the process makes all the difference. Rob earned my trust from the very beginning and continued to earn it throughout the entire journey. I am extremely grateful for all of his hard work, patience, guidance, and continued support. If I ever build another home, I would absolutely want Rob involved again. He is a tremendous asset to the team, and I would highly recommend him to anyone building a home. Thank you, Rob, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one. Your communication, transparency, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. You are absolutely deserving of the highest recommendation!

  This experience Has been awesome and Ryan Austin has made this process so much more enjoyable because I can tell by his actions he truly cares about helping my family achieve the purchase of this home. He is an awesome guy!
