  It was a great experience working with Kelly and her supporting cast so far the only reason it’s not 5 stars is because when you visit the models what you see is not really what you get! You are seeing all these upgrades that you think are included, with that said the upgrades such as electrical boxes and little things like that, they are asking for 20x to 100x or more the actual cost and they know you will bite because if you want it after the fact it will be expensive patching drywall and running wire ect. When the house is in rough stage it is literally 10 min of labor and less than 50$ in material that they want over 500$ in some instances and that adds up fast. You’d think paying a half a million for a house it would come with modern electrical outlets in places they know where everyone would want them. Oh and they wanted an extra 300 plus for a faucet in a different finish lol, said faucet at Home Depot is under $200 so no credit for the one they originally install? So if you upgrade your paying 600 to 700 for a kitchen faucet? I’ll update when the house is finished

  We have had great experience with Kierston Cook. Ryan Homes in Muirwood offers quite a few extras that you normally would have to pay upgrades for. To date, the process of purchasing our to be built home has gone smoothly.
