  I have to give credit where it is due, Ms Sarah and Ms Holly have been going above and beyond for me since I moved in. I expressed that I do custom car work and would primarily be working out of my garage and would have to go back and forth to my unit pretty often. Holly updated me with new garage options whenever they became available until she found one that was perfect for me which was honestly so great. The maintenance men have been excellent as well, They always make sure to show up in a very timely fashion.

  Do your research and read all the fine print when agreeing to a lease at Fortress Grove. We signed a lease for a year with two roommates on the lease. When the lease ran out, one of the roommates chose not to sign a new lease. One roommate remained and found another individual to sign a "new" 12 month lease. Fortress Grove charged a $500 fee because a different individual signed onto the "new" lease. It may be understandable, if in the middle of an established lease, a new roommate moves in for someone who has moved out, but to charge $500 on a "new" lease because of a name change? Makes no sense and the only answer given is "it's corporate policy". How do you get away with charging $500 on a new lease. Two college girls, who are great renters, burdened by a ridiculous $500 fee. Very frustrating and not right by any means.
