  I’ve had to submit a few service requests during my time here and each request has been handled promptly. Anthony, the maintenance technician, is very thorough, knowledgeable, and timely. Each time, he has immediately addressed my concerns and always asked if I had anything else before exiting. He is funny and extremely respectful when entering your home. I appreciate everything he has done. One of the best maintenance technicians I’ve come across by far.

  Beware of the property manager she will make up lies about you for no reason just to start drama and ruin your life. There's garbage everywhere grounds are nasty with poop all over place. Staff is okay except for the property manager she is terrible. Becarful with her and make sure to document and record your conversation so she cant make anything up.

  I had a terrible experience with the management over the course of nearly four years. There were many insects in the parking area that would get into the homes; management was notified but never did anything about it. They take a long time to resolve issues and try to charge fines for everything the minimum fine is $500 and when you move out, they try to charge you for things that were already in that condition. I had a very bad experience, and I hope you have a good one.
