  I have had a wonderful experience living at this apartment complex. The modern apartments are not only aesthetically pleasing but also very spacious, creating a comfortable living environment. The maintenance staff is truly outstanding, with Anthony consistently providing prompt and professional service whenever anything needs attention. Kennedy Miller, the property manager, is a pleasure to work with and always addresses concerns quickly and efficiently. Her approachable manner makes communication easy, and I appreciate her commitment to keeping the community running smoothly. As is typical in apartment living, there is a diverse mix of personalities and the occasional presence of unsupervised children. However, the overall atmosphere remains welcoming. The pool area is well-maintained and inviting, and the entire property is kept clean and tidy. I genuinely enjoy living here and would recommend this community to anyone looking for a modern, well-managed place to call home.

  We absolutely loved our apartment life while at Everwood at the Avenue. The neighbors were great, dog park was perfect, our apartment was classy/stylish and Kennedy, the office manager, was amazingly helpful at all times for anything last minute. If it hadn’t been for our new house being built…we would have stayed!

  We chose Everwood at The Avenue because of the amenities and overall presentation of the property, but our experience has been disappointing. The gym A/C has not been working properly, several treadmills are broken, and the pool has not opened as expected. On top of that, we reported a refrigerator issue in our apartment on May 12, and the refrigerator door still will not stay closed unless we physically brace it shut with a chair. Maintenance issues can happen anywhere, but the lack of timely resolution and communication has been frustrating. We have attempted to address these concerns professionally through both management and corporate channels. Hoping to see better responsiveness and follow-through moving forward.

  Easiest leasing experience I've ever had. Makayla is an expert and professional with the patience of a saint.
