  Living here has become very difficult due to ongoing smoking odor coming from a neighboring unit. The smell consistently enters our apartment through the walls and ventilation system, even with all doors and windows closed. We are frequently woken up at night because of the strong odor, and it has significantly disrupted our sleep. We have children in the home, and I have been experiencing breathing difficulties that are worsened by the odor. This is a serious health concern. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments, yet this rule is clearly being violated. Despite multiple complaints, management has not taken meaningful action. At this point, it feels like tenant health and well-being are not being taken seriously. This issue needs urgent attention.

  Barge in to apartment without permission not notice. They let my kitten outside while doing this I still have not found her. Sloppy and unprofessional doesn't even begin to explain the experience that I've had with this apartment. exposed nails in the trim and stairwell, cabinet doors falling, of shity drywall patch work, not to mention a chronic bug problem, and none of the doors lock, infact we are lucky if the close and open correctly. The only exception to this is the front door which only deadbolts back door light doesn't work and all around one of the worst places to live.

  Ginger and Linda goes over and beyond to keep my place in tip top shape. Am very grateful for these ladies they are the best 😊

  I went and was going to apply because the pictures on the site were so nice seemed like a great area and nice apartments so I was given a tour and they don’t take care of their landscaping at all there were dirt patches all over the property grass wasn’t cut there was yellow grass everywhere I get it it’s winter but you can tell they don’t put no effort into their property the apartment that was shown to me the carpet was nasty and was told that the apartment was ready for the new occupants the apartment wasn’t kept up st all it looked so ghetto ppl driving threw the property blasting music I wouldn’t live there ever!!! Such a disappointment the lady in the office was really nice but the company she works for don’t care at all about the property
