  The smell of weed keep coming through the air vents from the apartment above j 11 and it keeps making my girlfriend sick and dizzy I would hate to do this but if this does not get taken care of I would have no choice but to take legal action against this

  I have been living there for my hole life and recently moved out Ik the apartments are good as they use to be after it was remodeled a couple years ago but I still love it there and I will miss my friends and the people i made friends there and all the good times I had with them and if your guys are reading this comment I miss y’all so much chariot aka king crossing will have a special place in my heart thank you guys for giving us the best memories we had

  If I could provide 0 stars, I would. If you're looking for a place to live in the Murfreesboro area, this IS NOT IT!!!!!! Stephanie is a crook!!!!!! If you're on section 8, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!! Despite having structural issues, my windows never opened for the time I was there. Stephanie altered my lease and attempted to evict me based on the lease. The judge allowed me to break my lease without having to pay anything. But now!!!!!!!! Stephanie has sent lawyer fees, eviction fees, and trumped up charges from the move out to collections to attempt to get the money she tried to get from me during eviction court! AVOID AVOID AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES TO OCCUR. Not to mention, she gave my notices and personal information to my neighbors. Poor air circulation, eviction is threatened at every turn, if you need a repair it has to be paid that current month. My work orders were ignored the past few months I was there. My air went out in July. They did not come fix it until September!!!! Water pipes burst in the walls and she tried to blame it on my dog (the damage). Water pipes burst upstairs and I had Niagara Falls in my living room and it was brushed to the side as if it was no big deal. Her maintenance messed up the floor and Stephanie argued with me that it was my fault and wanted me to pay for the repairs until one of her maintenance men vouched for me. Now Stephanie is attempting to put almost 3k on my credit to prevent me from obtaining future housing. When I applied for another apartment they purposefully ignored the request for information to block me from getting the apartment. SHADY SHADY SHADY!!!!!!

  The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Stephanie was especially helpful and kind to me. The leasing office is beautiful. The apartments & townhomes are nice & affordable. I love that the play area is mostly plastic and safe for my younger children. Overall it's been a great experience and I enjoy living in the Chariot Pointe community!
