  I’ve had a very positive experience with Arbor Brook Apartments. The apartment is nice, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What really stands out, though, is the staff. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional. They are always willing to assist and make you feel valued as a resident. Overall, Arbor Brook has been a great place to live, and I truly appreciate the excellent service and pleasant atmosphere.

  Simon is always kind, professional, and friendly, and he truly went above and beyond to repair my air conditioning. He knew how difficult the heat had been for me—especially because I work outdoors and was struggling to sleep with my apartment reaching 80 degrees. Simon spent hours working both inside and outside to make sure my unit had enough refrigerant, was functioning properly, and that the outdoor motor was repaired. He was thorough, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure the problem was fully resolved. Twenty out of ten—I would highly recommend!! Simon Arbor Brook is very fortunate to have Simon 🤩

  Best community in Murfreesboro. Maintenance team is always taking care of residents and the leasing department is wonderful.
