  I can’t say enough good things about Gabrielle at Glass Creek Lofts! From the moment I moved in, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. When one of my packages couldn’t be located during my initial move-in, Gabrielle took the time to help track it down and made sure I received it. She also called to confirm I could make my appointment and even offered to make any necessary changes to accommodate my schedule, which I really appreciated. One of the biggest surprises was that she let me know a washer and dryer were available for my apartment. I had no idea this was an option until she told me, and she helped make that happen. She also made sure I had all of my keys and every essential item I needed on move-in day, making the entire process stress-free. Every time I’ve interacted with Gabrielle, she has greeted me with a smile, been professional, and genuinely cared about providing great customer service. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile have made a lasting impression. She is a tremendous asset to Glass Creek Lofts, and I truly appreciate everything she’s done to make me feel welcome. Thank you, Gabrielle, for making my move-in experience such a positive one!

  The man working at the leasing office was very rude when I just needed to ask a simple question. In my experience, people with that kind of attitude will make a rental experience really unpleasant so I wouldn’t recommend this place.

  Olga was great at showing the complex. She is knowledgeable and did a great job. The complex is very clean and kept up very well.
