  I gave a 5 star rating because they definitely gave 5 star service, everyone was very nice, you walk in the leasing office they all greeted you and they come and insist you right on ; and when I say they help you they are not against you at all Oh and they also have AWESOME MOVE IN SPECIAL SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A BEAUTIFUL TOWNHOME COME AND SEE THE TRAILS and I promise you will walk out with a smile and a beautiful home .

  The most useless, non professional, non caring apartment complex. My boyfriend leave here. They shut the water off without prior notification , then they had the nerve to turn the leasing office phone off. Guess what? The water was turned on the next day. People went to work without bathing, People went to Walmart to use the Bathrooms. Just take a look at this pics. We used bottles of water to add to the tank to flush the toilet. When you call them for maintenance repairs. They don’t acknowledge you until after several weeks. Yet they collect the Rent every month. Their leasing Agents are extremely rude, and incompetent.

  The apartment process was quick and easy, and the staff was helpful throughout. The apartments look really nice, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, I had a great experience with the process and would definitely recommend checking them out.

  Living here in the beginning it wasn’t bad for an first apartment but all the neighbors moving in and out brought roaches real bad to my apartment now I complained on the issue and the issue never got resolved. I’m killing roaches everyday because there is an infestation somewhere and I’ve said several times it’s not me because my apartment stays clean and they refuse to get somebody with stronger stuff to take care of the problem. Their policy to leave is ridiculous, the neighbors are noisy, there parking could be better overall it got worse the more I stayed. Glad to be leaving! It was good in the beginning but now it could be better!
