Missing a star because the units AC unit was making a loud noise up but she said maintenance would get it fixed before my move in date so I will update but she was very helpful and kind

My tour guide was so nice, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She was very patient, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything about the property and the leasing process. What really stood out to me was how nice the apartments were, even the unrenovated units. They were still spacious, well-kept, and had a lot of potential. It showed that the community takes pride in maintaining the property. The atmosphere felt peaceful, clean, and like somewhere I could truly call home. Overall, I left feeling very impressed and excited about the possibility of living here. I would definitely recommend Trails at Mt. Moriah to anyone looking for a welcoming community and a great place to live!

My leasing agent, Traneal Watkins was amazing! She was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire leasing process. She made everything easy and stress-free and was always quick to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend The Trail of Mt. Moriah, especially if you get the chance to work with Ms.Watkins!
