  Probably one of best apartments based on unit and management I have live in a while. Really helpful office staff. My unit was great. The location was great.

  Just moved in and already feel settled. The space had great bones to work with — I've been leaning into an earthy, maximalist vibe and it's coming together exactly how I pictured it. Move-in was smooth, and any questions I had got handled quickly. It's the kind of place that actually feels like home instead of just an apartment. Special shout out to Rachel in the leasing office for great service and easy communication!

  Rachel is an absolute PROFESSIONAL!!!! She is patient and ALWAYS available to assist no matter the time of the day or hour. She needs a pay raise immediately!!! She was VERY knowledgeable about the whole process of me becoming a resident and assisted me tremendously from the day I inquired about TN Brewery until the day I signed my lease!!!! I KNOW I will enjoy my stay at these apartments bc she made me feel the most welcome. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  I would’ve loved to leave a review, if I actually had a tour…I arrived on time and saw the leasing agent being busy with the current customers. She said she’ll be there in a moment, and was still talking to her customers after 15 minutes. There was no rush at all on her side, which I found a bit rude. I reserved my 30 minutes and had something planned right after, so I had to leave without talking through apartment options. I really wanted to like this place given its history and location, but didn’t get a chance to even explore it.

  We moved to Memphis in June of 2025 and were hesitant to move downtown given the rep that has been placed on here. We stepped into the apartment in the brewery and signed our lease with zero reservations The location: This is located directly on Tom Lee pavillion with stair access to the riverfront park with basketball courts and small walking trails which is beautiful for late night walks. Just 2 blocks away from south main, and restaurants like Arrive, good fortune, Slider Inn, Gus's and Hive. I have season tickets to the memphis grizzlies and am easily able to walk there in 20 minutes and never feel unsafe. The apartment: Our apartment was a unique style in the brewery, and i couldn't recommend looking at the property enough. Some of the apartments in the taproom and other buildings are a lot less fun, but tend to be much cheaper so that is a great option. Most of the neighbors i have interacted with are incredibly nice and kind. Management: More than fine. If we have a problem it usually gets addressed in 1-2 days, and if its an emergency, they'll send somebody within a few hours even at off times. I have a great relationship with the property manager and Beth is awesome to work with Parking is across the street and costs $100 per car, but there is a decent amount of street parking nearby for free. All in all, Id highly recommend viewing the apartments and seeing what they have available. If we were planning on staying in Memphis, id have no hesitation renewing the lease!
