I have put it numerous of maintenance request just for the maintenance men to never come be standing around in the parking lot. If you get in touch with the leasing office they’ll tell you they’re going to come and never do but will make the request as completed….. hm Then also you can’t never tell them they’re doing wrong because the mind games are so strong they won’t even acknowledge it or just straight up lie. Don’t move here. I had friends I was telling to move here but now I told them nvm. This is crazy. Update I’ve emailed Ms.kim 2 days ago and I haven’t heard anything back and I called the office today to talk to someone….as I guessed nobody answered the phone. These people are dropping the ball on taking care of the tenants and apartments….ill let yall know when they come or respond if they ever do

I called on Monday 7/20/26 to report that my bathroom mirror needed to be put back on the wall. A ticket was submitted, but as of today, no one has come or contacted me with an update. It’s disappointing to wait this long for a basic maintenance request without any communication. I hope management improves their response time and keeps residents informed about repair status.

I just want to say thanks to Eugene of the maintenance crew . Eugene came out and removed my hot water tank that was leaking below into the neighbors down stairs. Great and timely job. Great and fast service once again. Thanks, Dwayne

I had the pleasure of visiting The Summit Apartments as I look for a new apartment after relocating and Najaa was so nice, funny, and knowledgeable about The Summit and the apartment business in general. I do appreciate her taking the time to tour me and my son around their property. She made me feel very at ease with such a difficult responsibility. If you are looking, I highly recommend The Summit.
