- BBBeautiful Baby2 days ago1.0I called on Monday 7/20/26 to report that my bathroom mirror needed to be put back on the wall. A ticket was submitted, but as of today, no one has come or contacted me with an update. It’s disappointing to wait this long for a basic maintenance request without any communication. I hope management improves their response time and keeps residents informed about repair status.

I do appreciate her taking the time to tour me and my son around their property. She made me feel very at ease with such a difficult responsibility. If you are looking, I highly recommend The Summit.
- SSShuntaJun 22, 20265.0I love Ms. Kim bc she's straight forward and keeps it real. She made sure she took care of me, making sure I were comfortable and satisfied. Nyja, Aperia, and Ms.Elisa are so sweet, their attitudes never change. The entire maintenance team are great, they alway come through, no hesitation and gets the job done. Idk the guy name who cleans up but he has been keeping the trash and entire apartment complex looking lovely.. I've been here almost 2 years and love every bit of it. My apartment is up to date and nice, I would recommend anymore to come stay here.
