- RSRoberto SApr 14, 20262.0Mold never got addressed, kitchen is smaller than the closet, AN ABSOLUTE HELLHOLE for delivery services. 8/10 of your packages will NOT be delivered unless you wait outside for it. Same with doordash and similar services. There is a keypad at the gate but leasing office will not give you a code. I can only assume the reason behind this is so they can keep upcharging residents $80 for an NFC chip to enter the gate. Last but not least the train that passes by right next door is in fact loud and will rattle the entire apartment. Do not be convinced otherwise. With that said, there have been no safety concerns regarding this property.
