  I lived in this apartment for a year and have recently moved out. The leasing office staff was very helpful and responsive in resolving any issues. The maintenance team was efficient, often addressing concerns in less than 24 hours, and they did a great job fixing everything I needed. The location is extremely safe and quiet, perfect for walking my dog at any time. The only downside is that the apartment isn't brand new, so some things in the unit are a bit dated. Overall, this is an excellent apartment in Memphis.

  Andre the maintenance guy was great. The leasing office people were nice but never really made sure things were fixed. The apartment I had (I didn’t get to see it or choose it before signing the lease) ants everywhere, but mainly in the laundry room and in the bathroom. They had to be living behind the tub. They weren’t interested in food, just a warm place to stay, I guess. Eventually they invaded my furniture, were in my bed and my electronics. All the front desk did was say “pest control came by” (they didn’t) and charge the extra fee every month. Lived near the dumpster so at night I couldn’t leave the patio door open because roaches would run inside. Also you can’t use shower when your neighbors are using the showers or flushing the toilet. The water pressure is shared. I stayed there for 6 months and let’s just say I had my house packed up at the beginning of month 5. If I had it to do again, I would’ve just lived in another part of Memphis and saved my money. EDIT: THREE MONTHS later I get an email for a final bill for water and pest control (that never happened not one time in that ant farm) with late charges. No emails, calls, letters or any communications from them about a past due water bill. I state that I'm not paying late charges and here's the response: "I am sorry you feel that way, but please reference your lease contract stating you are legally unable to withhold any funds for any reason under what is owed. We will only accept full payment of balance due, or the account will be turned over to collections." So basically, they can add a charge and you can't contest it. Just stay away from them. Learn from my mistake.

  Highly recommend living here. The management team is fantastic and maintenance requests were always done in a timely manner.

  Been living here for over a month now, Shelby and the rest of the staff are great. Love the location with it being so close to Shelby Farms for bike riding and walking distace to good resturants and shopping. Highly recommend!
