- ALAshley LucasMar 10, 20265.0I recently toured this complex with a friend who was looking to move into a unit quickly. The office manager Charity was so kind, helpful, and funny during the tour! She also gave my friend great insight about the area. The property is gated which is a plus. My friend felt at home and hopes to move in soon!

The management team is professional, responsive, and consistently handles any questions or requests in a timely manner. They also go above and beyond by hosting thoughtful tenant appreciation events that help create a welcoming community atmosphere. It’s clear they care about their residents’ experience. I would highly recommend The Courts to anyone looking for a well-managed and enjoyable place to live.

We have had our packages stolen for the second time today. And it is the fact that the leasing office people know where it is coming from. It has been a horrible experience living here. Yall need to get it together or else yall will be driving away long time tenants.
- IGIyunna GDec 10, 20251.0THE WORST. First the maintenance man STOLE my iphone and they never returned it or looked into it. Second, they let 6 men come inside while I had NO PANTIES ON. My spouse was naked too....I'm so glad I have it all on video. That was the third and final time. No warning, no letter , NOTHING. I cannot wait to sue for emotional distress am so glad to be free from the lease. I hope my $1000 phone was worth taking you can't get into it without a password anyways. The walls are thin, I've heard from others that the maintence man doesn't even fix anything. My friend's pipe has been broken for the longest. I had to fix my own toilet and tub. They fired the white man for coming into my home without notice and now the black one was doing it.... The walls are super thin and the units are rushed. I recommended these to people and I pray that they go another route. It's really overpriced for thin walls, cheap floor boards, and sockets that weren't attached from day one. They actually talked me out of suing the first time because they know they were wrong...but this time I am going foward with it. Plus the reviews are FAKE. They bribed people through email in exchange for a positive review. Even my case worker for CSA told me they were doing shady things and adding unnecessary chargers. I honesty hated these from the jump but always check everything before signing a lease if you are a first time renter.
