  I’m going to start this review off with referencing the attached photo below, does Unified Management consider the response of the leasing manager to be professional? Or helpful? She claims you can call to resolve issues, but that’s IF they answer your calls. Which more often than not, they don’t. Maintenance is in all honesty, a joke. A waste of your time, you’re better off solving the issues yourself. I could write paragraphs of all the issues with them, but it’s not even worth my time. The ‘amenities’ you pay for include a pool that’s closed 90% of the time. If you work a 9-5 you’ll be lucky to use it on a Saturday that the leasing office decides to unlock it. Other than that, no chance.And when it is open, it’s disgusting. The valet trash is such a joke, they take your trash when they feel like it, but if you go to take your trash yourself (which SHOULDN’T happen having to pay $25 a month) the garbage is often overfilled or closed. Whatever management and maintenance is getting paid to work here, it’s too much.

  Pool is never open. Only during “office hours” when the manger feels like unlocking it. Hours used to be open until 10pm, they changed it to 7pm but still no one is here to unlock the pad lock on the gates to the pool. Pool is also locked on the weekends when no one is in office. As an adult who works a 9-5, when am I supposed to be able to enjoy the pool I pay rent prices for? Even in the 2 times I was able to access the pool it’s dirty and they do not turn the filter on. There is Trash pick up service fee but there is no consistent trash pick up schedule, the trash sits on my front porch in the bin they provide for days at a time, sometimes they will pick up only some of the trash out of the bin.

  I’ve noticed that older reviews seem to be getting flagged and replaced with newer ones that appear edited. It’s concerning to see so many reviews suddenly appear while previous ones have disappeared that were constructive criticism. It raises questions about transparency. Management also needs to do a better job responding to emails and ensuring maintenance requests are actually completed properly. I will say, I do appreciate that the trash is being picked up consistently — that has been a positive improvement.
