  This place honestly feels like a safety hazard. We lived here for one year 2024-2025. Our ceiling caved in twice in the dining room (from an upstairs AC unit), and the second time it wasn’t fixed until after we moved out (about a month). The maintenance crew is very kind and helpful, but the office staff can be a bit snarky. My biggest concerns were that the washer/dryer unit once caught on fire and we didn’t know until the fire department knocked on our door and told us to evacuate because the smoke detectors in the shared hallway were not functioning. I also didn’t feel comfortable running the heat when we weren’t home and at night. At one point it banged and threw sparks, and the pilot light seemed to have a flame that seemed way too large.

  Probably the worst decision I’ve made when it comes to apartments. Outrageous fees, stuff constantly falling apart in the apartment, having to pay $10, $20 just to do laundry every week or two, electricity pulling from sources, and now mice! The mice unfortunately is my last straw. This is a terrible problem to have. All the office told me was to put down traps. I’ve done that but that doesn’t hit the problem at the source. Trying to call the office and leave messages and no one answers or returns calls. I can’t use my heater because apparently I share a wall with my downstairs neighbor and she has the heater on BLAST! I can’t turn on my heater because the wall reaches 90-100, and my thermostat only goes to 85. So yeah this winter I’ll be freezing to death. I’ve reached my limit with this place. I’m over it.
