  Patrick, James, Sarah and Ruth was very helpful and made sure me and my family was comfortable. Rivertown Realty is the first rental company with great Maintenance service they work on your work order fast.

  Been waiting since move in back in March for floor to be repaired from water leak. Had another leak and the floor is severely bowed and has been brushed off by. Still waiting has been 6 months since walk-through with Patrick for stuff to get fixed.

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. From the beginning I regretted even applying the lady, Ruth, was rude, forgetful and lacked professionalism. Not including when we went to see the house the restroom was a mess and non functional . She did not submit our application and refuses to give us a refund on the fees. If I could post our messages on here I would. Not only that I have been told that they don’t respond to maintenance requests or any concerns once you get the lease.

  Maintenance is awful, mostly all subcontractors go out to properties to get the money not do the job needed. My husband has leased over 2 years on nathan ave and got my dad in-law to move put of state into Berclair, the house maintenance has been an issue since moved in. Have made many reports and only certain things get done and if they get done their never done neatly/correct. Glass has fallen off from windows from how old the wood is and Husband works with glass and has had to repair them. The pipes have been an issue. The sink is always leaking but to subcontractors is normal. Lease started in winter and not having hot water was the main issue, took a week to het it fixed. Got to the conclusion of replacing water heater and the door frame of the water heater was completely destroyed and never fixed. Ruth is a nice lady does alot to be one of the faces for some of these cheapy house owners that dont like fixing the homes but do like rent on time.

  By Far the worst company I ever rented from, there not good at fixing things that’s broken and needs to be fixed, i have literally been living in my unit for two years with half of my electricity working,now i'm experiencing other problems my air has not been running good for about ten months, every time its time to pay rent i have problems paying it in which causes me to accumulate an late fee,rent money from walmart does not work, you can’t ever get in touch with anyone after hours to resolve the issue,this company definitely a rip off, i absolutely hate it!!!!
