  If I could give negative stars I would. I have filed several service requests to no avail. I have been unable to sleep in the house I have rented in the one week I have been here due to the AC going out. I have called several times and have received the “we will see what we can do” treatment. I have given this company thousands of dollars for a security deposit and first month’s rent for them to turn around and tell me to deal with it. I have rented with them so far for a week. They have made this a miserable moving experience.

  I'm leaving this 5 star review for Mr. C. Ware the maintenance guy at Progress Residential. He came out and he fixed my a/c unit. I feel like he went over and beyond. He stayed at the property until I arrived after picking up my daughter from school, just to go over the issue we were having. It was super hot outside and inside the house. It took Progress a week before they sent him out to fix the a/c unit, but Mr. Ware came out, he stayed longer than most and fixed it. I didn't have to put in a second request, so far it's working good.

  Applied for a home with my partner and got denied due to something they say about identity. Home was listed at $1940. My partner was told to go bk in to reapply and when he was getting ready to do the very next day after the initial application, we noticed they had taken the home up in price by $1000. We are positive that they looked at our income and decided to raise rent. Be caution when completing your application with them

  Save yourself alot of time and energy and rent from anyone else. It was so bad I did everything I could to buy a house when the lease was up. House was given to us dirty (stickers on the walls and paint peeling, dirty baseboards and floors with floorboards coming up) & bullets in the driveway that popped a tire, super rude employees that can't keep track of what the others are doing/saying & alot of AC issues in the height of summer because they didn't put a big enough unit on the house. Charging me for blinds that were never there, even in their photos they posted. Just awful. Avoid like the plague. There's a ton of other rental companies that won't take advantage of you like this. Glad it made me never want to rent again.

  I recently moved into an house with them and I am less than pleased with how I am being handled. There are multiple issues with the house that are either being ignored or the issues are being scheduled out to be addressed 2 weeks out from when the work order was reported. Everyday it is something new. They want rent on time but will let ongoing maintenance issues linger. I asked someone to call me from the office they sent an email and said " We understand you are having some maintenance issues, that must be frustrating for you someone will call you" that was last week I haven't talked to single soul. At this point I wish I would of just got an apartment. I would not rent with them again and I do not recommend anyone else. I haven't been in the house a full month and I'm already counting the days until I can leave. Keep in mind some of the issues were noted on the move in checklist and they have still not been addressed. Now the hot water in the kitchen is not working there is no power on the left side of the house , I can't use my dryer because of electrical issues which they are suppose fix tomorrow now with the water not working in the kitchen it is getting more frustrating!! And I'm noticing that anyone who leaves a negative review that "can't find their account".
