    If I could give a negative 0 I would. I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I rented. The worst decision I made this past year was renting from this company. Absolutely nothing was fixed before the move-in date..absolutely nothing. It wasn't even clean!! And I've only been in my home for two months and it's been constant work orders, and half-fixes. It has rained through my back door and through the ceiling now twice. My brand new dinette chair was completely soaked today! Most of the techs barely fix the issue, with multiple work orders having to be put in. Do yourself a favor and choose someone else!

    moved in on April 14, 2026, and this has been one of the worst move-in experiences I’ve had. The home was clearly not properly inspected or prepared before I was given the keys. There are multiple unresolved maintenance issues that affect basic living conditions. One bathtub feels like concrete and is unsafe to use, and the other bathroom tub continues to run even after maintenance claimed it was fixed. The dishwasher does not work at all, and the stove knobs are not functioning properly. These are not minor issues—these are basic necessities that should have been fully operational before move-in. Even more concerning, the main window would not lock, creating a serious safety and security issue. Instead of this being handled immediately, we had to fix it ourselves just to feel safe in our own home. I have submitted maintenance requests, sent photos, and called numerous times, yet these issues remain unresolved. On top of that, the customer service has been extremely rude and dismissive, which only makes the situation worse. For the amount of rent being charged, this is completely unacceptable. No tenant should have to move into a home in this condition or fight this hard just to get basic, necessary repairs addressed. This experience shows a clear lack of accountability and concern for tenant safety and living standards. Got a email a week ago stating they would like to talk to me. Gave them my information, asked when I would be available. Was told they would call, texted email but no call. Kept getting the run around. My bathtubs were fixed couldn’t use the tub for 48 hours. The dishwasher has not been fixed. I have had a horrible day would not recommend this place at all. Even had customer service say the place that you get is as is. I’m like what does that mean. I horrible from the top to the bottom. I do have a lot of pictures

    I would give 0 stars if I could. This first time experience as tenant has been absolutely horrible and caused nothing but stress as if moving is not stressful enough. Horrible communication, approved an early move in and never generated a new lease or communicated what was going on: I gave a chance to make things right, but was denied.
