  Nesha was so helpful and made everything smooth and easy! She was there to answer all my questions. Nesha definitely has the personality for what she does! I am looking forward to being a resident of Poplar Place.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I wanted to leave this review because I think it’s important for people looking for a new home to hear another perspective about Poplar Place. First, the new manager, Oteria, is AMAZING. You can tell that she and the new team are working hard to make positive changes in the community. The new maintenance team has been on it, addressing work orders and getting things taken care of. Poplar Place is a small, quiet community, and I would encourage anyone considering it to actually drive through, tour the property, and form your own opinion. I’ve seen some of the negative comments being posted, and some of them simply don’t match what I have personally seen. I especially don't understand accusations about someone “stealing” or “scamming” residents when rent payments are made electronically and aren't being collected personally by the manager. It’s also interesting to read claims that nothing has been fixed for years, yet people continue choosing to renew their leases. That doesn't mean every concern isn't valid, but there are always two sides to a situation. Sometimes people become upset when policies are enforced or when they are held accountable, but a manager doing her job should not automatically make her the bad person. The new team at Poplar Place has been a godsend, and I would hate for someone looking for a nice place to live to miss out because of someone else's personal disagreement with the staff. Don't just take my word—or anyone else's word—for it. Go see Poplar Place for yourself, meet the team, tour the community, and make your own decision.

  This place is the worst. I wish I could give them O stars. They allow residents to smoke openly on porches marijuana. The property manager seems to not care. She is always in here office with the lights off instead of addressing issues. Trash is all over the grounds. Nothing is ever fixed. They care more about keeping the grass cut then fixing the inside of the apartment homes. The Regional office should screen the management candidates Don't waste your time with this overpriced undermanaged place!

  Please don't move here. Save your money and spend it where you will be treated with respect. My ceiling has leaked for 3 years now it's completely busted open.They will not fix it. My dining room is destroyed. They have a new manager every 3 months. The current property manager is extremely rude.The manager and office staff act as if you are bothering them when you come to the office. No professionaism.One person sitting in the front that claims she doesn't know anything and can not take payments. Another one in the back who's always claiming to be so busy she can't have a brief conversation with her residents. I have a master's degree and work for the government and know how to treat people like human beings.Management and staff are extremely disorganized and unresponsive. Treat everyone with respect not just the ones you think are important!
