  Everything in my apartment is fine; the only things that bother me are the air conditioner belonging to the neighbor directly above me—which never turns off and runs constantly—and the fact that the upstairs neighbors sometimes walk around as if they were trying to stomp right through the ceiling. That is the only discomfort I’ve experienced so far

  This is just impossible to live in, no appliances work, they won't replace, fix or maintain anything. The apartment is falling apart, from dish washer to floors lifting up, carpets going bold, refrigerator completely in pieces, they won't do anything and I've been living here for almost 7 years, paying over $1,300 a month. If I added photos, you'd be scared.

  Maintenance is not good, major and minor repairs didn’t get fix but they put they fixed the problems.
