  Terrible apartments, terrible customer service. Nadia is rude, unhelpful and has a chip on her shoulder. I moved in, day 1 counters in kitchen and bathrooms were "resurfaced" and sticky. Thought over time it would surely set up. (Never did). Had problems with the AC leaking though the main return/intake!?! Constantly! Had to set a bucket under the ceiling vent in the hallway. Had black mold growing on the registers had to call to get that taken care of. All they did was change the vents covers for different ones that were all rusty. Paint job was the landlord special, all outlet covers and light switch covers were covered with paint. The internal doors were delaminating and wouldn't close completely due to the warpage. I paid every month early and they treated me like I was a problem tenant. I gave month notice to vacate and was out earlier than even the given date and they are still trying to charge me for 1/2 month's rent for the next month. Also, trying to charge me for "counter damage". The amount of extra fees/services they charge for is ridiculous. Did I mention the roaches? I set out my own treatment of Borax and Dimatacious earth all along the base boards, window sills, door sills and the outside wall of my apartment. I lived alone and rarely even ate there but the roaches were still a problem. The grounds are always trashed and nasty with garbage. The dumpsters are always overflowing full before they are dumped and when they are dumped improperly contained trash scatters to the four winds all over the grounds. I would often pick up trash on my way to my car to throw in the dumpster, its like trying to sweep sand off the beach. Would rather live in a tent than rent from this place again. Only upside was Dedrick always polite, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile. Unfortunately, the capacity he is able to act in does not offset the rest of the issues. DO NOT RENT HERE!

  0/10 would not recommend these apartments, roach infested , did not clean vent prior to move in, busted water pipe on porch

  Do not move here. I moved here April 24. My air has been out since then they just will botch on things and never replace them. I’m about to call the news. and maintenance is trash

  I fell thru the steps on the second floor at The park at forest hill i have been reaching out no one has respond to me and i DISLOCATED my knee and this is a sad matter that the property can’t up keep their stairs that tenants has to go up and down Everything was caught on the ring camera of me falling thru the ambulance had to come save me days later after my fall they fix the steps due to this matter i have been missing work because of this injury and i am on crutches and a brace and a boot due to my fall
