From the moment I walked in, she made me feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. She took the time to answer every question I had and was incredibly knowledgeable about the community, floor plans, amenities, and the entire leasing process. What really stood out was how personable and professional she was. She never made me feel rushed and made sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. It's clear that she truly cares about helping people find the right home. If you're looking for a place to live with exceptional customer service, I highly recommend scheduling a tour with Chris at Lofts at Art Space. She made the entire experience enjoyable, and it's easy to see why so many people would want to call this community home!

Happy to fix any issues you have including maintenance, billing, etc. The unit was updated and clean, nothing super fancy but certainly did the job for me. I never felt unsafe or threatened while living here as well. Overall, a great place and probably the best bang for your buck compared to other apartments in the area.
