  Impossible to get a good nights sleep living here. Not only the acoustics of the building is really bad (I hear my neighbors all the time). But the apartment also manages to have the garbage pickup in the middle of the night somewhere between 1am and 4am, 3-4 nights a week, so I am woken up the beeping, banging noise of the garbage truck almost every weekday. I made multiple attempts requesting the property management team to at least arrange the pickup to happen during daytime, nothing but radio silence from them.

  I moved here in 2023 and recently moved out in 2026, and I can honestly say this was the best first-apartment experience I could have asked for. This was my first apartment ever, and I started off in a studio thinking it would just be me… only to find out 9 months later that I’d unexpectedly be sharing that same studio with a baby! 😂❤️ I absolutely loved living here, and honestly, I was sad to leave because I had become so comfortable. I loved the amenities, but one of my favorite things was the little resident events they would host in the clubhouse. I had never lived anywhere that did things like that for the residents, and it really made the community feel welcoming. The only reason I moved was because my little baby turned into a toddler, and eventually our studio just wasn’t big enough for us anymore. 😭 We simply needed more space, but if I didn’t need the extra room, I would have been perfectly happy staying. The maintenance team was also great. Whenever I had an issue, they were usually there the same day, which I really appreciated. The only issue I experienced was during the summer with the trash room being inside the building and my apartment being right near it. I would occasionally have problems with flies and gnats getting into my apartment. However, once I notified the leasing office, they took action quickly. They sanitized the trash room and put treatments in place to help with the flies, and it made a noticeable difference. I also used a Zevo in my apartment, and together, the problem was handled. Other than that, I genuinely have nothing but good things to say. This is actually my first time ever leaving an apartment review, and I think that says a lot about how much I enjoyed living here. I would absolutely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to call home. ❤️🏡

  I absolutely love these apartments. My daughter just moved in recently. They offer so many amenities. The exercise room has very high end equipment. There's a saltwater pool, various areas to lounge and enjoy yourself, and recreation options like ping pong and cornhole.

  This is the worst apartments ever, I thought about moving here because of one of my friends live here and it seemed really nice. People shouldn’t pay their rent and can’t enjoy the amenities offered because of 2 female cops that constantly harass the guest. Not to mention the cops live there also. One of the cops kept mentioning Brittany (which is the office manager) told her to do so. This is a Sunday Brittany is in bed I know she was lying. These two cops always harassing the guest and talking crazy to them.

  Great place and a true hidden Gem. Right across the street from a few local bars and the middle has a pool area that includes games and two grills under a she Incase it rains.
