  I am extremely disappointed with the lack of maintenance and communication from this apartment complex. I reported water damage to my ceiling after an ongoing leak, and despite being told repairs would be completed, I still have not seen a painter come out to fix the damage. This is not an isolated issue. I have experienced repeated maintenance delays, work orders being marked as completed when the problem was not actually fixed, and ongoing issues that continue to affect my living conditions. As a resident who pays rent on time, I expect repairs to be handled properly and within a reasonable timeframe. The water-damaged ceiling remains unrepaired, and I am tired of constantly having to follow up on issues that should have been addressed weeks ago. If you are considering moving here, be aware that maintenance concerns may not be resolved in a timely manner. I hope management takes resident concerns more seriously and follows through on the repairs they promise.

  BBQ area trash and dog waste bins are not regularly cleaned or emptied even after weeks. Some areas of the property are an absolute muddy mess when it rains due to a lack of grass in certain areas. The unit appliances are nice.

  I done a application no representative (last time I stop by, nobody was there, never see the same person there it’s always somebody different like it’s not a office manager there) to help I tried to pay online for a place I picked out to be rented oh come to find out the place was rented to somebody else…..smh…Too pricey and overpriced for a place where you don’t have a place to park will have to park on the street if it’s crowded…you all have been warned

  It is a good property. Well-equiped with high quality appliances. Professional team as well. But The price is high for a property that doesnt have any kind of amenities like gym, club house, pool and etc.

  With only living here for 2 months, HVAC repairs take multiple days of calling and pestering them for an update or any kind. First it was my heat out for over a week and the property managers took no responsibility for it or provided compensation of any kind, and now my AC is out for a week and I have heard nothing about an update or parts being ordered or any progress. I can’t wait til my lease is up.
