  No parking spots because this is allowed, amongst other things my time here has been a nightmare from witnessing a murder directly in front of my door while coming home from work, seeing his blood & guts, hearing his cry to watching mold develop on a piece of the hallway walls, thankfully it will come to an end soon. I pay $1,500 a month for a 600 sqft 1 bedroom and they want me to pay an extra $40 for a reserved spot? I heard their tow truck company doesn’t even answer the phone. Don’t move here, water leaks from the vents and ceiling. My bathtub is peeling paint, I’ve put in multiple work orders and no one comes. The elevators go out of order every other week. I try to be easy going but at this rate it’s very hard. After I asked kindly to let me park there, he says “I must be new here” instead of being considerate to a paying resident and making space. I’ve been here for a year and several months & I don’t know what “being new” has to do with needing a parking spot when you are taking up 2. Also you can only run heat during the winter and air during the summer, you don’t have full control of the temperature.

  My tour went well, Tanjay was excellent with the tour and answered any questions I had regarding the apartments. Property was clean and well managed also.

  Jearica was super friendly and easy to talk to during touring! She helped me find exactly the floor plans I was interested in and was able to answer every inquiry I had! I am well pleased with my tour experience!
