  The building is new, visually nice, and the location is convenient, which is what initially attracted me to this complex. Unfortunately, the actual resident experience has been very disappointing. Management and property staff are extremely difficult to reach. Emails often go unanswered, phone calls as a current resident go to voicemail with promises of a callback that never happens, and trying to find someone in person can feel like a wild goose chase. It honestly feels like the focus is on getting residents to move in rather than taking care of them afterward. There are also ongoing property issues. The valet trash service is frequently not picked up despite residents being charged for it, and bringing the issue to management has not resulted in a meaningful resolution. The building has very poor sound insulation, so you can hear a lot of what your neighbors are doing, including smoking-related odors entering your unit. The bathrooms also don’t have fans, which doesn’t help with ventilation. I’ve also had an ongoing issue with a neighbor and have made numerous attempts to get management’s help, but still have not received an effective resolution. Overall, the building and location are nice, but the management and resident experience have been far below what I expected from a new property. I would recommend potential residents speak with current residents before signing a lease.

  Madisyn was incredible in immediately helping me tour the apartment I was interested in, and thoroughly guided through every aspect of the process. The amenities included cannot be overlooked! I finished our tour by applying that day for an apartment here. I’m extremely satisfied with my move!! Thank you for all your help and patience Madisyn!
