  So far I like Fielder Square a lot. The move in process was really smooth, thanks to Erin. She really made the process easy and fast. Other than that during the day, the building is pretty quiet and that’s a plus too. It’s a lot of stuff to do around here too so you really don’t have to use your car alot if you don’t want to. The place is smooth so if you’re thinking about moving here, it’s an easy go.

  I love my apartment and overall have enjoyed living here, but I feel the need to speak on my experience with the new maintenance supervisor, (Chuck.) Since he became the supervisor, I've noticed a major difference in how maintenance requests are handled, especially when it comes to my A/ C and even basic maintenance tickets. There have been multiple times when things were promised to be taken care of, only for excuses to be given and the issue to remain unresolved. My biggest concern is the lack of professionalism, communication, and urgency. It's frustrating as a resident to feel like you have to keep following up just to get something that should have already been handled. What makes it even more frustrating is feeling like management continues to make excuses for the situation instead of holding him accountable for doing his job. The maintenance man Marquze I only see him now and he does his job well. He always moving around working I always sees him working. I'm not trying to bash anyone-| genuinely like my apartment and would like to continue enjoying where I live. I just believe residents deserve reliable maintenance, respectful communication, and for their concerns to be taken seriously.

  Erin was very sweet and informative. I love how she answered all of my questions and concerns and I can tell she really loves what she does. I really appreciated her.

  This place is absolutely amazing! My dad was a resident there and even at the age of 85 he felt very welcome and the staff there loved him and took good care of him! Erin is the best person ever! She is very knowledgeable and professional along with a very caring heart! I would recommend to anyone!
