I’ve been here a year. Apartments is fine. Maintenance is fine but something seriously have to be done about the trash at the front. It makes it look trashy. Literally EVERYDAY it is piled up. Gets cleaned and piles right back up. I will not be renewing my lease

I first toured these apartments in early April, and while the property itself is quite nice, I ultimately decided not to sign a lease due to ongoing issues with the professionalism of the property management team. During the application process, Joanne assisted me in person and informed me that I was conditionally approved for a renovated two-bedroom, two-bath unit, with a fee of $1,170. Shortly after, she went on vacation without any communication and transferred my information to Bionca. Bionca continued to confirm that I was approved for a specific unit and even allowed us to tour what was presented as our future apartment. However, the day after the tour—and after I had already submitted the conditional fee—Bionca contacted me to say she could not locate the application that had been completed in person with Joanne over two weeks prior. I was then told that I was not, in fact, approved for the unit I had consistently been told was mine. To make matters worse, there was no apology or meaningful effort to resolve the situation. I had to contact a third-party company myself to request a refund, and this entire experience significantly delayed my moving plans. And on top of that, I am still receiving emails to complete the last steps of the move-in process for the unit I’m not approved for. Until there are clear improvements in organization and communication, I would not recommend this complex.

The grounds are always dirty, trash is always piled up at the compactor, and the noise at our building is constant where kids and everyone is always hanging around and leaving trash everywhere. The office emails to expect contractors on certain days and then they show up weeks later with no notice that someone should be expected to be entering your apartment. The AC can never keep up in the summer, always dealing with it being 85+ in the apartment once the temps start reaching 90s. It's starts struggling to keep up when it gets close to 80 outside. My window has been busted out of my vehicle and the trees that have not been properly trimmed have had limbs snap in the winter and fallen on my vehicles causing damage that complex says not responsible for. Office staff is near impossible to get in touch with. Maintenance request can be submitted but no one ever fixes the issue and they close the ticket. Sometimes takes multiple ticket attempts to get something resolved and may not even then. Windows are not functioning and most the outlets since day moved in. Gate for security half the time isn't functioning so everyone has access to get in the complex. Not sure I would recommend this complex. I've lived in worse around the area but this complex is far from being up to par.
