  Hello, guys This is just a small review of the 8 years I was able to live in these apartments I never had any inconvenience Obviously everyone lives a different experience I want to thank Taneka Lewis for helping me finish this aventure in my apartment she was very helpful to me and my process to move out As I said before, everyone accommodates what to two others, thank you enclave for being part of my home for so long

  The main reason the rating is so high is because of my wonderful leasing agent Monterria Raiford. She’s so understandin, so kind, and does her best to answer every question, and fix any problem that you may have. She’s literally been the best, the best I’ve ever had coming to an apartment. From the day I got here, until the day my lease has came to an end.. She’s been there. I thank you so much for actually doing your job, and just genuinely being a great person and caring about your residents. It was good knowing you, and I wish you nothing but the best if you see this. Take care. Thank you so much ❤️

  Monteria is the best! She will communicate and solve issues in a professional manner. Only issue I have seen is maintenance does not leave a note of what they did or when they get into your apartment which I think is unprofessional.

  I recently toured Enclave at Wolfchase, and had a great experience with the leasing staff. Bianca toured the property with me and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was very informative, clearly explaining all the pricing options, upfront fees, and available move-in dates.

  I am very concerned about several issues regarding my apartment\. First, I do not appreciate maintenance entering my apartment without notice or an active work order\. My last maintenance request was for a kitchen drawer, which was repaired and marked complete\. There are no current maintenance requests, so I do not understand why maintenance entered my apartment or why my bedroom door was opened\. This is a serious privacy and safety concern, and I would like an explanation\. Second, my vehicle was wrongfully towed\. I spoke with the leasing agent and corrected the issue, so my understanding was that everything had been resolved\. There was no new tow notice placed on my vehicle\. Additionally, if the original notice stated that my vehicle would be towed on the 11th, why was it instead towed on the 18th? I would like an explanation for why my vehicle was towed after I addressed the issue and why proper notice was not provided\.
