  I went in today for my scheduled tour and no one would even acknowledge me. There was a lady on the phone in the back office, two men that were potentially maintenance and a vacant desk. When I walked in I had to just say I had an appointment because no one care to know why I was there. Maintenance looked at each other and said “idk where she went” and left. I sat briefly before walking around in the clubhouse. Then I sat with no one around. I emailed Kendal and asked if I needed to reschedule because I was there 15 minutes with no update on who I was waiting for. When the woman finally appeared 30 minutes later she was with someone else showing an apartment during my scheduled time. She never said anything to me and when she was done with the potential tenant she talked to another lady before going back at her desk as if I were invisible. After awkwardly sitting there for another 3 minutes still waiting to be acknowledged I stood and ask who was supposed to be showing me the apartment. The lady who has black hair and tattoos final acknowledged me and said she was. I told her that no one communicated anything with me upon arrival. She said she didn’t speak to me because she was with another potential tenant. Keep in mind, she knew I had an appointment, saw me sitting and even after they person left continued to ignore me. Even if she was with someone it would have hurt to say Hi, I’ll be right with you. No apology, very nonchalant and when I told her I would circle back she said okay as if she didn’t care. Which obviously, she didn’t. This was very telling about what I almost signed up for. When I was leaving I noticed the gate wasn’t working so I drove inside to look around and the grounds could be cleaner for the price point. I’m good, God’s protection.

  The office team are super friendly. I came in for a tour and they answered all my questions. Best property i have toured so far!

  I usually don’t have issues with apartments but This is the most expensive apartment I’ve lived in and has been the worst as well; so I have to get it off my chest. Water leak damage has been here 2 weeks and counting. They brung in an air dehumidifier that’s almost louder than my tv and still no follow up. Staff is nice though🙂.

  My boyfriend and I lived here for two years, and by the second year, this apartment complex went downhill fast. Cons: • The pool was consistently dirty. Any service requests were immediately closed without the issue actually being addressed. • Parking is extremely limited after 6 PM, it’s nearly impossible to find a spot near your unit. • There is only one dumpster for the entire complex. Once it’s full, trash piles up around it. • The grills are never cleaned. • The clubhouse is advertised for community use, but it’s booked for private events almost every weekend. • The gate is constantly broken. • Dog waste is left all over the property. • Management does not provide notice before entering apartments, which is very concerning. Pros: • Packages are organized well in the package room. Overall, I would not recommend renting here.
