  I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with how this situation has been handled regarding Apartment 141. My sister has just welcomed a newborn baby, and her apartment has been affected by a major water issue caused by a pipe from the upstairs apartment. The carpet was soaking wet, and now the apartment has a strong, unpleasant smell. This is not a minor inconvenience it is a serious concern when there is a newborn child living in the apartment. What makes this situation even more upsetting is that when my sister reached out to management for help, she was essentially told that “it’s none of her business.” Meanwhile, the neighbor was apparently given the option to move to another apartment. If another tenant was provided with a solution, why was my sister left to deal with the consequences of the water damage? My sister and her newborn deserve to live in a safe, clean, and healthy environment. They cannot properly sleep or comfortably stay in the apartment because of the condition and smell. This should have been taken seriously from the beginning. I am requesting that management immediately address the water damage, inspect the apartment for moisture and possible mold, properly clean or replace the affected carpet, and provide appropriate compensation or another reasonable solution for the disruption and conditions my sister has been forced to deal with. Most importantly, I hope this complaint reaches upper management, because the way this situation was handled is unacceptable. Tenants should not have to beg for help, especially when the issue involves a newborn child and conditions that may affect their health and safety. Please take this matter seriously and do something about it immediately. We expect a response and a proper resolution, not to be dismissed again. Thank you.

  Terrell was such a great and amazing person. He walked us through the apartments and they looked so beautiful. He is so friendly and nice, so ask of him when you go there.

  I am grateful for the prompt help the management staff member gave me when I was stuck at the DMV trying to submit documents for my permit test. I needed to submit a landlord letter in addition to the lease to the DMV office. When I called, two staff members immediately responded and emailed me the letter within an hour. I had already spent 2 hours at the DMV and did not want to come back again. The front desk management team's quick and accurate response allowed me to get what I needed from the DMV. I am grateful for the staff members’ help.
