  I am grateful for the prompt help the management staff member gave me when I was stuck at the DMV trying to submit documents for my permit test. I needed to submit a landlord letter in addition to the lease to the DMV office. When I called, two staff members immediately responded and emailed me the letter within an hour. I had already spent 2 hours at the DMV and did not want to come back again. The front desk management team's quick and accurate response allowed me to get what I needed from the DMV. I am grateful for the staff members’ help.

  I have to stay with the staff so that all the necessary documentation will be done on time. On the day of my move in all the documents is not ready from the management side but at least I move in last Wednesday.

  The environment is dirty especially the trash room because I stay close by and this has caused roaches infestation in my apartment,I have spent a lot in eradicating it and pest control has come twice but they keep multiplying every day,looking at it everyday makes me sick.kindly help us look to the cleanliness of the trash room and the environment to prevent flies and roaches in the apartment. Thank you.

  DO NOT LIVE AT THE BRISTOL. I’ve rented at seven places in my life, and the Bristol was by far the worst. Them disagreeing with reviews in the comments is wild when many of those reviews accurately describe my experience. Maintenance requests take months to complete. When my kitchen and bathroom lights went out, it took them over two months to replace, and when they did, they left my floors a mess. Fire alarms routinely went off in the middle of the night (around 10 times during my year of living there), sometimes taking hours to shut off. ESPECIALLY do not rent a furnished unit from Landing. When I moved in, the apartment was filthy with mold on the bathroom wall, blood on the mattress, unknown stain on the floor, and crumbs all over the kitchen. They still had the nerve to charge me almost $300 cleaning fee upon moving out in spite of the disastrous state the apartment was given to me.

  Incompetent and possibly dishonest management re: lease promises. fountain, once a staple, stays off and the pool was dirty when I got here and for a while… They claim maintenance done when not. Potentially dangerous, definitely loud, confrontational tenants (not all, but more than one, though some seem they’re just visiting). Roach infestation. Pest control (work order and self bought) ineffective it seems… might have to bug bomb my own apartment. The air conditioner above me is loud and pulsing at times. I found nails unhammered in my closet at the edge I almost stepped on, as well as a bottle and a bunch of screws and mess when I got here. Vent covered in dust when I got here. Yes, I did wait until they said it would be ready. At least management is friendly… when they respond.
