- SSShApr 6, 20261.0IF YOU’RE CONSIDERING THIS PLACE, I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE 1-STAR REVIEWS. I’ve had a really disappointing experience living at Bristol in Union. Management has noticeably gone downhill. Communication is poor. Requests often go unanswered for days. The condition of the property has declined. Common areas aren’t well maintained, and there are visible issues like broken or poorly kept ceilings that make the place feel neglected. The pool, which used to be a highlight, is frequently not taken care of, is now becoming an eyesore. On top of that, quiet hours aren’t enforced, so it gets pretty noisy, especially late at night and if you live near the pool. The gate breaks down regularly, which is really frustrating. The fire alarms go off randomly. And honestly, the list goes on. Overall, it feels like management isn’t prioritizing residents anymore.
- JLJi LinMar 23, 20261.0Lived here for almost a year now. Initially moved here because it was recommended by a friend. Unfortunately I think management changed either right before or shortly after I moved in. Some things to consider is that there is almost always something that's broken and management takes their time fixing it. For example, when the front gate was broken in December they left it broken for about 2 months letting just about anyone come into the apartments. The trash chutes are full half the week so people just throw their trash in the trash room. Sometimes it gets so full the trash is left in the hallway. (See pictures) The mailroom is located inside the building and the building is closed on Sundays so packages are not able to be delivered on Sundays. Speaking of the mailroom. You need to enter a code to get into the mailroom. Unfortunately the pad that you enter the code into has been broken for over 2 weeks now. Not sure if management has any plan to fix it. I placed a maintance request to replace the fire alarm for over a week now and still no one has gotten around to it.
