  If you’re moving from out of town BE MINDFUL! I was moving from Dallas to Madison and after paying my application fee($50) the office tells me they can’t process my job offer telling me the apartment manager the only one can do it and was told she won’t be in until Tuesday(it was Friday when I was told this), come Tuesday and Wednesday I get COMPLETELY ignored calls and email mind you I told them I was moving into town a week prior on upcoming Tuesday and Wednesday and the lady said they can get me in by then! But again I get COMPLETELY ignored! Showed up to the property on Tuesday from Dallas no one’s there’s! Emailed them after a day of waiting to cancel my application and of course they responded within a couple of hours lol! Terrible management! Glad I did get ignored because while on the property i checked it out and i seen AC units in windows, overflow on the dumpster, dog poop in the grass! Just be mindful of where you’re moving! Management could careless and worse experience ever with dealing with an apartment

  Chavayae Thomas is the absolute WORST. She was 0 help in trying to get an apartment with. She has a nasty attitude and even if you make more than the monthly amount, you’re told you need a co-signer? She never kept me in the loop of what was going on with the application, we had to reach out to her to even know that there was something wrong. Not even worth the hassle.
