- APAustin PartonJul 15, 20265.0Me and my wife decided to try and see if we would be able to get a home through Clayton upon arriving at the Kodak location we were instantly treated like we belonged there we teamed up with Parker who helped us determine which home we got and what would best fit our family. Parker sat down with us and showed us upgrades that we could do on different homes and the benefits to each thing. When we finally decided what we wanted. Parker kept us updated through the whole process from then doing the grade work on our land to the final inspection. Eric was a great help on explaining where the house would go on the land and about how the foundation and moisture barrier worked. He and Parker worked together to make sure we had a great experience with them. I would truly recommend Parker and his team for anyone looking for a home. They keep you in the loop and treat you like family even after the work is done.
