  Hope was my realtor throughout my house hunting process and she did a phenomenal job. Was polite and knowledgeable about all the areas we looked as well as things to consider with the different homes in locations. She helped me find and purchase the home that I’m in now and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend consulting her if your in the market for a home.

  Ryan made my first-time home purchase experience a dream come true. He is: Professional, Knowledgeable, Polite, and Thoughtful. We spoke regularly, and Ryan was always available (even after hours when needed). We had a conversation early on about relationships in business and how we both valued a real service experience, which we agreed centered around communication. Ryan and I established an excellent working relationship as a result of this conversation, and I could not be happier with my overall experience and with my new home. I will be calling Ryan when it is time to sell or when the next real estate opportunity presents itself. I will not work with anybody else. 10 out of 10 for me. Thanks, Ryan!

  After a failed sale with another agent we came to seek help from Young Marketing Group. Indeed, we are very luck to have Young Marketing Group helping us to sale our home in Knoxville (12151 Brookstone Drive Knoxville TN 37934). This is an excellent, dynamic and very friendly marketing team and they have presented excellent services and great professional skills throughout the house preparation, advising and arranging very high quality strategic repairs with excellent repairing team. They also arranged regular care of the house (which was empty during the sale) to keep the house always in a good condition. Their effort and hard work have led to a high volume of viewing and smooth sale under the current difficult market situation. They presented very skillful negotiation professioncy during the sale and at approaching closing stage. We give Young Marketing Group five star rating and many thanks for their help. As first time home-buyers we had new questions for him on the daily and he was always happy to answer them and help us learn the entire home-buying process. He was patient, friendly, and very understanding of our specific wants and needs. He is an expert on many fronts: the full process, the area, the market, what to look for during a tour / after an inspection, and how best to handle every step of the way.
