  I absolutely love living here. The ladies in the office are super awesome. Never had any issues with the neighbors.

  They have a great maintenance staff & you can’t say enough good things about them & the Office Staff. Great people & great place to live.

  Been living here 2 years. Very quiet place to live and everyone is very friendly. So far maintenance has been prompt to fix any issues I’ve had, but I’m not a needy tenant and my place was newly renovated. There is an initial deposit and pet deposit and then a pet monthly fee. My main complaint is that the main office isn’t very good at responding to emails once you become a tenant. Overall the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. Feels pretty safe! Good amenities and its well maintained. I’ve had no real issues. Very affordable for Knoxville. I would recommend them to anyone looking.

  We did a move here on 12/14/19. The complex wad very nice with good greenery and water. Several older neighbors came by and chatted for a while as we were working. Seems like a very friendly place!

  Great place to live. Great staff. Quiet neighborhood. [10/19/2020 update. New management has many flaws. Had noisy neighbors with many complaints filed. Management ignored complaints. Management will not end leases early and will many times only tell tenants when it is time to renew leases that they will not renew them. Had another neighbor with disabilities from an injury that since one payment was late, first late payment, threatened with eviction. Now I give 2 stars and do not recommend this apartment.]
