  I would like to share my experience with Jeff LaRue and his team because it’s one my family and I will never forget! Their expertise and knowledge were exactly what I needed for how complex our situation was. But the “cherry on top” is how much these people care. I had been named the executor of my late brother’s estate, which included his home and an undeveloped lot. That’s a big responsibility that can be overwhelming and stressful for anyone. Jeff initially contacted me because he has helped a lot of people who were in my shoes. The house wasn’t ready to sell because it needed some work, so he offered suggestions and advice. He stayed in touch and was always helpful, never pushy. The undeveloped lot was where things got tricky. The lot was one of four that my three brothers and I had bought side by side. We each owned one but wanted to sell them together. Since another of my brothers had passed a few years earlier, two of the four lots were in estate situations. Jeff’s professional and helpful approach had earned my trust, so I talked with him about it. He reassured us it could be done, so we got it listed. He priced and advertised it so well that we were under contract in no time. This sale involved eight different members of our family, one of whom is on the West Coast, and all of us had different work schedules. Jeff’s team coordinated calls, emails, documents, and closings across all eight of us, always keeping us informed so we never wondered what was happening. They made sure everyone was kept in the loop and took the time to explain things wonderfully for us all. When the work on my brother’s house was finished, I knew I wanted Jeff to handle the sale. The team jumped right in and had it on the market and under contract quickly. Prior to closing, we had an issue with a leak come up, and once again, Jeff and his team were right there to help us assess the situation and get it worked out. They were with us every step of the way, and we closed on time and without any confusion. To sum it up, I would recommend Jeff and his team to anyone and everyone. They have the know-how to take on pretty much anything, but it’s how they do it that sets them apart!

  I hardly ever do a review but I felt that my experience with the entire LaRue team rose to that level They helped liquidate two rental properties each with complicated situations I found everyone i delt with to be knowledgeable and resourceful as we navigated through the sell process. Their attention to comunications between all parties and subcontractors was great keeping me continuely updated. From initial market analysis all the way to closing this entire team showed professionalism which explains why their so good at what they do.

  As first time home buyers, we couldn't have asked for a better experience with the Jeff LaRue Team. Buying in a market with limited inventory was challenging, but Taylor Casbon was incredibly patient and showed us homes all over Kingston and Harriman until we found the perfect one. Once we found the right house, the Jeff LaRue Team went above and beyond to help make homeownership possible. Taylor negotiated for the seller to pay all of our closing costs and even structured our offer so we could use the remaining closing cost credits to buy down our interest rate. That saved us money at closing and lowered our monthly payment. From start to finish, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions. We never felt pressured and always knew they had our best interests in mind. If you're a first time home buyer or looking to sell your home in East Tennessee, we highly recommend the Jeff LaRue Team.   Jeff dealt with us briefly before handing us off to an order taker. First potential buyer was a fraudster they missed with a glaring red flag. Seemed to only show the house to other realty exec clientel. Were never present for any showings, damage occured several times. An illegal inspection was done by a buyers agent during viewing, drills and hydraulic tests and outlet tests were heard on our cams. This breaks fudiciary agreements but our agents sided with the realty exec agent. Those people didn't go with the house and when this is done it is to get a lowball first offer. Hundreds of views, tons of saves, only 5 viewings all of which seemed to be other realty exec clientel. In the end, the house sold for way less than it should have and we ended up paying the buyers closing costs and half their agent fees even though they had enough fund to give additions to the home and renovate. Felt like peasant trash that they just wanted rid of..Felt ripped off.

  After deciding to part ways with our previous Realtor, Brooke Miracle reached out to us at exactly the right time. Going through some transitions in life, Brooke was kind and genuine and honest (which is what I appreciated most). As the process unfolded, it became clear that a traditional sale was not the best option, and Brooke and Taylor expertly guided us through the Short Sale process. They took the time to explain everything, answered every question we had, and kept us informed throughout what ended up being a long and complicated transaction.
