  I had a horrible experience living here for three years. I only stayed this long because I was enrolled in a professional program at UT and could not afford to move during the time. I could write so much but I’ll keep it brief to the two biggest issues. (1) My cat has a permanent condition (Rodent Ulcers) that cannot be cured due to the infiltration of pests in the units. (2) The amount of crime that goes on here is ridiculous. I never felt safe and even had to give a witness statement to the police for witnessing an assault in the parking lot.

  You know I see all these negative reviews iv been here for 7-8 months with no issues really yes when I first moved in my ac did not work at all with in a week the ordered a new unit and had it installed and works fine the flow isn't the best in my room but the rest of the place gets cold the water pressure isn't the best but it works the only issues I really have is your only supposed to have 2 cars I know a few ppl that have 4 or 5 there so parking is horrible but what can ya do the maintenance team comes out pretty fast so iv been fine here 😀 I do want a bigger place but this will do me just fine till im ready to move
