  I haven't even lived here a full year and I have put in 10 maintenance requests (not even counting the request my downstairs neighbors put in because my entire plumbing system was leaking into their apartment). First the two-in-one washer dryer needed to be manually drained about every 10 minutes while doing laundry. The garbage disposal in my sink was spewing into my dishwasher, dishes were never clean. Shower had approximately 2% pressure. The bar in the closet broke and snapped off (there were maybe 10 coats hanging in here). My kitchen light was out for nearly a month before someone came to fix it because they had to order a special bulb? The toilet leaked into my downstairs neighbors apartment. Oh and a kitchen cabinet fell off the hinges. Newest complaint - I was laying in bed around 10 pm when I heard a crash that nearly gave me an heart attack. Turns out the bathroom mirror that was apparently hung with 4 pieces of double sided tape fell and shattered. All within the span of about 10 months or so. Among many other things, the place is also infested with stink bugs and smells like a mix of mold and cigarettes. Excited to be moving soon! Literally yall do not move here unless you absolutely have to! P.s. the red in the shower head pic is just me covering my reflection because that was taken while actively showering...great pressure!

  The staffing and managers are nice people, but when it comes to parking… This is a known issue, and it seems nothing has been done besides emails being sent out. The leniency of non residents parking for weeks is disrespectful and a waste. I wish it would get resolved. The apartment I moved into is nice, minor dings and issues that were resolved by the maintenance crew with haste and care. However banging on the door as the notice of their arrival is not going to cut it. Heavy on the non residents parking for days at a time taking up spaces that are for the residents, which are paid in part by the residents. I hope to be in contact soon and give a 5 star when the issue is resolved

  The repair was timely. The repairman was very friendly and did a good job in a timely manner. The microwave still need repair.
