  DO NOT LIVE HERE, All the higher reviews are from showings or maintenance requests, I lived here for about 4 years and cannot stress to you how badly this apartment complex is managed. Throughout my time living here we’ve dealt with constant water shut offs, fire alarms at all hours at such a high frequency that I stopped taking them seriously, no ac for going on a year, gas leaks causing all water to be shut off, elevators constantly shut down for repair though they need to be replaced entirely cockroaches are so bad that every night they run across your feet outside and they absolutely got inside, had a huge problem with German cockroaches specifically inside the unit I was in. A MASSIVE mold problem to the point where I thought I had developed long term health issues that put me out of work and suddenly after moving I feel like a whole new person. Lots of aggressive reactive dogs live there so if you have a pet expect to be almost attacked regularly during walks (though this isn’t the complex’s fault) we moved in for the in unit washer and dryer which was a joke and ended up needing to use the hallway machines that break REGULARLY and they're not responsible for repairs so expect them to be broken for weeks. All the amenities are typically broken so frequently you can’t even call them amenities. For the price they’re charging PLEASE PLEASE look elsewhere. They will absolutely deny and hide any wrong doing as long as possible. I wish someone had warned us before we moved in and I’m trying to warn newcomers. There are better options. There’s a reason they route all showing and maintenances reviews to their Google homepage to try to cover the truthful one star reviews. It is DANGEROUS to live here, don’t even get me started on the drug addicts that will follow you on walks at night or get off at the bus stop to antagonize or insult you.

  Honestly they were very accommodating. I showed up extremely early with a friend to look with me, and weren’t pushy about being finished early. They also showed me more apartments than just one so I could see which floor plan would work better for me, they are also working with me on a move in date that works for me as well! All in all a great experience!
